We problem using Kyocera printer in NDPS. Frequently it happens that jobs stay in spooling area and are not printed. After restart of NDPS manager and broker it works for a while. We have NetWare 6 SP3 and latest ndps patches.

I will have to do some checking on the Kyocera -- I don't have any here. Other possibility is try using the Novell gateway (assuming you're using the Kyocera gateway now). --
