Netware 6 w/ SP3; NWFTPD.NLM V5.03.12 2/12/2003.  Server has 2 interfaces, on different subnets.  I have 2 executions configured, one with each interface.  One interface is internal to a private subnet, it works OK.  The other interface is on the DMZ with a public address.  I can FTP to the server from internal and from the DMZ subnet, but not from the Internet through BorderManager - connection attempts time out.  I have a Netware 4 FTP doing exactly this, on the same 2 subnets, it works within and from the Internet.  I have the same filters configured, I do a SET TCP IP DEBUG on the firewall, I see it pass packets in to the FTP server, nothing comes back.  From the FTP server console I do a IPTRACE to the address on the subnet, it finds that address right away.  I do an IPTRACE to the address on the Internet, it times out, gets nowhere.  But I can run NSLOOKUP on this server, it will resolve internet host names all day long.  I have GWIA running on this server, it's Install warned me it would not be able to resolve, but it does resolve, and work.  Default route for both the 4 FTP and the 6 FTP is the DMZ interface on the firewall, as it should be.  So why can't FTP find it's way back to the Internet when GWIA can?

Never mind.  One  look at the routing table in TCPCON told me where it was being led astray.
