NW6 - Dual Processor Tyan MB - Server won't down

Hi All,

Whenever I down the server a message is displayed that Processor 1 has
stopped and it immediately hangs without properly shutting down. Same thing
happens when I stop processor 1 through the command prompt. My research
indicates that the server should continue to operate with Processor 0.

MPS14.PSM is activated in Startup.ncf.

Any thoughts?
