Backing Up Long File Names

Can anyone help with the following;

Using NW6sp3 to run Arcserve7 backing up itself and other servers on the
same site including a DL380 2 node cluster.

When creating the backup job in Arcserve manager long file names are ok but
when you come to restore the files anything over 8.3 will be truncated with
a ~.

We are using the tsa600 /cluster=off switch.

The problem is slightly different on local non clustered volumes where the
top level folder name is shortened but any sub folders are ok and display
the long file names correctly.

On clustered volumes all long file names are shortened regardless if they
are sub folders or not.

Arcserve7 is patched with the latest patches from the CA web site and I've
recently downloaded the latest TSA updates from Novell but the problem still
exists.
