secure ftp server

I have setup the FTP server on Netware 6 SP4. Initially everything worked
fine with clear-text authentication and transfers. I then configured the
FTP server to allow only secure connections. I can authenticate to the
server via SSL, browse directories, delete files, and download files from
the server without problems. However I am not able to successfully upload
files using encryption. The data is sent successfully, but then there is no
"transfer complete" acknowlegment. The client times out waiting for this
message. I have attached the FTP log below.

I have tried several different clients with the same results, the log below
is from SmartFTP.
