MS Word Temporary Files

MS Word temporary files are not being deleted when document is closed.
I am having to delete them manually.
Is this a NW5.1 SP6 problem as it did not happen on NW5.0.

I saw it happen with NW 5.0 (and, IIRC, 4.11 and 3.11). I would say
it is usually a workstation/app problem rather than a server problem.

Ensure that "Set Client File Caching Enabled=Off" is set.
There is a bug in filesys.nlm which can cause some anomalies.
Not sure if the one you are seeing is one of them.
