Troubleshooting Utilization

Hi There
In the old days of Netware 4.11 I used to use MONITOR - Processor
Utilization and MONITOR - Resource Utilization to troubleshoot my
servers. By using F3 I could pick out resources to monitor.
My question is what happened to this facility?
Does anything similar exist?

remote manager (or portal or whatever name it is this week) does this I
think, along with Monitor | Kernel | Threads
