I want to move a HP Laser printer with a built-in print server card to a
new 10/100 Ethernet Switch. However, the network refuses to "see" that
print server. (It only is recognized on the old hub/switch.)
I suspect the system server's NDPS Broker has something to do with my
problem, but I don't anything more about it than is displayed in the
<F1> Help screen.
Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem? TIA!!!

What do you mean by "the network" here? How are you looking, exactly? Can
you ping it? If not, your problem is nothing to do with NDPS.

Sorry for not making myself clear, Andrew.
Normally whenever the printer and its built-in server are powered up,
the device shows up on my
system console ("monitor.nlm") under 'Connections'. If I move this
device to my new switch, then
power on, I never "see" it under 'Connections'.
Being unfamiliar with NDPS, I do not know how it operates or even IF it
has anything to do with my
problem.
Thanks again for your reply...
