Hello:
Server - NetWare 5.1 w/SP3 (yeah, I know, update the patch).
Client - W2K all up-to-date.

We have set Auditcon to track logins and logouts with our user objects
in the proper Tree/context and all is reporting as it should. We are
tracking a particular user, but only notice logins, but not logouts. The
user has been setup to be "kicked off" from the server at 12:00 midnight
(as a default to all our users). The Auditcon info is not reporting any
logouts, nor is the System Console log reporting that the user has been
terminated from the watchdog.

Any suggestions as to why the logout is not being reported? Is there
something else I need to look at?

Thanks.

Any chance the user is simply shutting down the workstation and not doing a logout first? I've been told that C32 is suppose to send a Logout event even during shutdown, but I'm not fully convinced that it is working or in which version ...

I was not told of all the facts but to only do auditing so that my
supervisor may check (he knows the actual account that is being audited).
We were not given that information either, but will ask.
Thanks.
