VRepair hangs

If I run anything higher than SP3 for Netware 5.1 vrepair will hang when
I select any option. Also if I try to see volumes under NWconfig/Standard
disk Options/* The process gets hung as well. This is on a Compaq
Proliant ML370. I have a similar Compaq server that runs Netware 5.1 SP6
with no problems on Vrepair.
Any ideas?

mixed versions of vrepair somewhere? Running vrepair from SYS;SYSTEM or DOS?

Make sure you are running the correct VREPAIR. Check the search path
on your server (type SEARCH[Enter]) and look in each path to see if
VREPAIR is there. Delete of update the old version(s).
