How can I change the Volume's created date and time

I have a customer that has some mac's and because the volumes show being
created in 2008 and they are all created at the same date and time I
cannot mount more than one volume. Apple's suggestion is to change the
date and time so that each volume has a different date and time, but I
cannot get filer or NWADMIN to change these settings. Where can I change
these without having to delete and recreate the volumes? I also tried
unmounting the volume, running vrepair and still no luck.
