No free disk space after expand

We had a 3 - 18.2GB drive raid with 1 online spare (4 drives total) on a
Compaq ML370 running Netware 5.1 SP4. We added 2 drives, ran the CPQONLIN
utility to expand the array. The 'Physical Configuration View' shows all 6
drives in Array A with drive ID 3 as the spare.

When I go into NWCONFIG - Create Netware Disk partition, I get the message
'No free space is available on this drive for a Netware disk partition.'
What am I doing wrong?

I forgot to mention that I did try the 'Search for new devices' option.
