Adding HD space to volume

Hello,

Here's my situation. I have a Compaq ML530 running Netware 5.1 sp4. I
added a drive to the second logical drive using Compaq SmartStart and
expanded the volume. Brought Novell back online and went into NWCONFIG
and was able to add the drive space to the volume I wanted increased.
Voila, no problems. I then downed and shut down the server, added a
second drive, repeated the procedure, but this time, in NWCONFIG, the
unassigned volume space did not show up. So, I have 36GB of disk space I
cannot access and use to expand any volumes. Please help?

Hi Al

Load the Compaq NLM CPQONLIN and see what it sees. It may be that with
the new drive you did not create a new logical volume. This program will
show you your current array configuration.
