SMDR NEW - login error

When I try to load SMDR NEW with NDS enabled, I get login error fffffffb.
It loads fine without NDS but my backups (NetBackup) still fail. I have a
gut feeling it's something with NDS health. This server holds the masters
of all partitions in the tree. I'm using NDS 7.x with TSAup9.
Any ideas?

It turns out, the server object did not have create rights in the container
it was in. Once I gave it supervisor rights and all was OK. I'm not sure
why I had to reboot for the new rights to take effect but in any case SMDR
loaded with NDS this time and backups are backup!
