Moving file and print to a new server/newbie

We have a new server we can either run 5.1 or 6.0.
The current file and print is running 5.1 like the rest of the boxes
inthe NDS tree.

we want to move the file and print to the new server.
How do we go about this?do we have to create the shares, acct, print
queues?
what does this entail?
also should we keep the box at 6.0 or 5.1?

If you are licensed for 6.0, go to 6.0

Investigate the Server Consolidation Utility and/or Migration wizard to help
move stuff.
