Sounds like a problem with the installed products list. I had a similar
problem setting up a test server with a pre-installed service pack. The
installed products list did not get updated.
Check you installed products (nwconfig -- products -- review installed
products) and see what (if any) service packs are listed.
Someone in one of these forums sent me a copy of an .IPS file that
updated the products list, and that solved my problem.
