Portal service not working after SP6 upgrade

I upgraded my NW5.1 SP5 server with SP6 at the weekend. It went quite
smoothly with the exeception that the management portal is broken.

When I connect, I get the default page. I click on Login and get the login
window. When I click OK, I get the message "PAGE NOT FOUND".
Does anyone have any insight on this? Any info is much appreciated.
