I'm receiving the following error message on the console of the server:

"The Licensing Service returned error -10, RequestError 0, MeterInfoError 1,
MeterError 0 to the NDPS Manager.

I have referred to tid #10087304 and removed the server from units in use
within the Novell+NetWare 5 Server+510 object with no avail. After doing so,
I even unloaded the ndpsm & broker and reloaded.

This is a Netware 5.1 SP6 machine running eDirectroy 8.7.0 (v10411.02), as
is throughout our entire tree.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I would try deleting and reinstalling your licenses

I have the save problem as Greg. I deleted and reinstalled the
licenses and it does not fix the problem. The messages continue to
come up.
