Server Abends in Monitor selecting Storage Devices

When going into Monitor , Storage Devices the server abends but writes
nothing to the abend log in sys;system. This happens also in NWConfig ,
Standard Disk Options, Netware Volumes. Currently we have the following
cofig.

HP Netserver LC2000

Raid 5 with 3 18GB HDD's (NetRaid 1M Card Fw H.02.02)
Mega4_XX.NLM v3.09 8/30/2000
Netware Partition is set to 80GB virtual.
Symbios internal SCSI (Symhinw.ham v 3.10u 12/9/1999 (Tape drive connected))

512 MB Ram
Utilization never above 30%
Orginal Cache 130
Total Cache buffers 44

Loaded S/W
Bkupexec 8.5
GW POA& MTA for 6.0
Netshld
I have compared my nlms to a identical unit and they are the same. SYS
volume is 87% full (total 8GB) , Vol1 is 81% full (Total 10GB) and Vol2 is
76% full (total 14GB)
I still have 2 GB of unallocated space.
