Problem with Citrix/Novell

Hi,
I got a major problem with our Metaframe 1.8 / Novell 5 environment. When
anyone (even the administrator) tries to copy something from the network
(Novell) to a local drive in Citrix, he gets the following error message:

Does anyone has a clue how I can solve this?
