Hi all I have an old but solid 4.11 box that recently has started giving me
some problems. Everything seems to be fine until I run Sbackup. I get
Errors writing to FAT for the SYS Volume. I've run Vrepair a few times the
last time only showed 3 file reporting errors which it fixed, but after
remounting and running SBackup I'm still getting:

Error writing FAT table for volume <volumename>/SYS.
Error writing to the directory on <volumename>/SYS.

I'd appreciate any suggestions thanks.

Could be the drive going bad, could be a cable connection that has gotten
less than solid. Might also be a heat issue with the drive.

Run a config and look at your redirected blocks.

If you are using redirected blocks make certain you have sound backups
because the drive is most likely gone and could go belly up completely with
little to no more warning.
