Hello,

We are trying to upgrade BackupExec on our NW4.2 servers and we are getting
the following error message:

"Checking server files which may need to be updated. Checking module
VOLLIB.NLM for possible update. A newer version is available.

Error: Backup Exec can not continue loading until old or missing modules are
updated."

I checked Veritas' website and it told me to do the following:

"To correct this issue, do the following:

1. Perform a search on server for a VOLLIB.NLM version 1.01 dated November
22, 1995

2. Unload VOLLIB.NLM and rename it to VOLLIB.ORG

3. Copy VOLLIB.NLM version 1.02 dated September 4, 1997 from Novell
Service Pack to SYS:SYSTEM\

4. Load VOLLIB.NLM

5. Run BESTART again to start Backup Exec for NetWare."

I did find the Vollib.nlm from 1995 on the server but where can I find a
newer version of vollib.nlm from 1997 like the TID says?

Any ideas?
Thanks

Just let Backup Exec update it for you. BESTART should be prompting
you whether or not you want it to update for you.
