Arcserve client Back-up agent 9.0

Hello all,

I'm having some problems getting Bright Store Arcserve 9.0 Client back-up
agent to work on my novell 4.11 server. Each time I try and do a back-up
it crashes the novell server with the following message:

Netware enhanced Debugger:
Severe O.S. error occured
A trusted Ring0 Appl may have corrupted System Memory
Free called with a memory block that has a null resource tag.

One thing the Arcserve Agent asks for is that you use the latest Clib and
SMS modules. I have updated to patch 9 and am running the following
versions of each:

Clib Version 4.11
SMS Version 4.10

Are ther newer non Beta version of these modules available?
If not anybody ran into this problem using Arcserve 9.0 agent on novell
server 4.11? Did you find a fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have a NW4x server handy here, but according to the NW4SP9
readme, your CLIB.NLM should be:

CLIB.NLM 84244 03-31-2000 08:20AM

If you don't have that version, pull it off your \NW4SP9\SYS\SYSTEM
folder. And make sure you don't have an older version in C:\NWSERVER.
