BE8.5 DSMISC.LOG Obj error

The file is temporarily created when you backup SSI, and deleted when
the backup finishes (see

What's the exact error message, and are you running the latest build of
BE8.5 (should be 194.1, see
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/235200.htm)?
