restore files backed up using Arcserve 6 agent on NT

We have an old NW4.11 server running and have a netware agent for Arcserve
running on it..
A part of the NW4.11 is backed up from a Win NT4 server (through the netware
agent).

If we want to restore a file, the long names become short (DOS format).
If we look to the backed up files, we also see that the files are backed up
in DOS format.
On NW4.11 the support for long namespaces is activated.
Any idea how to solve this problem?

Check if your backup agent has an option to enable SMS, and if
available, enable that option. Make sure TSA410.NLM is loaded on the
server.
