Hi,
Configuration of my server was
2x18GB and ServerName SERA and context as ABC and had 4 volumes along with
SYS Vol. Volume names were User1, User2, User3 and User4.
Over the weekend I installed 4 Additional Drives (36GB each) of that Two
Drives I created two Volumes User5 and User6. I moved User1 thru' User4
Data across User5 and User6. Deleted User1 thru User4 volumes and extended
SYS Volume of that space. Renamed User5 and User6 to User1 and User2
respectively. Renamed ServerName to SERB and Context to CBA. Mirrored SYS,
User1 and User2 Voumes. Recreated Users and their Rights as some of these
users were not in this server. All in good restarted the server.
Everything fine except:
PROBLEM
*******
All volumes accessed are VERY VERY VERY SLOW. What could be the reason?
How it can be resolved?
Appreciate your time and HELP.
Thank you
Kris

Probably not enough RAM in the server. Just the addition of those 4
drives will require somewhere around 90MB (estimated).

Get this free server memory calculator. It will help you figure out
how much memory your server really needs:

I do have plenty of free RAM (which I assume and with the software I ran)
and Total RAM is 1.256GBytes.

To my surprising those WinNT PC's running like dog slow I put them in
10mbs switch and working fine but overall network speed is slow.

Is there any tool that I can check the bandwidth (real time) used by
indiviual PC's and what protocols? and how to shut other type of
protocols.

What should Autoexec.ncf and Startup.ncf files MUST have.

Thanks
Kris
