not loading some nlm

Hello,
I couldn't load the nlm on Novell 3.11 server. It is giving error
message 'loader cannot find public symbol, Not able to load rspx.nlm. Also
same for when I am trying to load router.nlm. Message is'Source routing is
not supported on board '1'. Module initialization failed.'
Pls guide me

Are you trying to add something new to this ancient system? You
shouldn't do that. Don't try to upgrade hardware to today's stuff for
a 15 year old OS.

Have you changed something? Why are you re-booting the system? This
message means that a support module (an NLM) that needs to be loaded
can't be found or is the wrong version.
