'Copy' mail from one server to the other

Hello,

I am having problems with my Novell server and I think it has to with
several objects in the NDS. I have NSBS 6.0. I am thinking of reïnstalling
the system from scratch. The problems I am thinking of are:

1. What is the fastets way to create the users with the rights and or
properties on the new server.
2. More important how can I get the mailboxes on the 'new' server without
losing items in the mailbox.

Does anyone have ideas for me?
