WebAccess - Error 500

Hi,

I am getting the following error when trying to access Webaccess from an
internal network. I have put the "unable to read portal object" into the
KB, but with no results... Any suggestions ?????

I am using the address of http://"ipaddress"/webaccess/servlet/portal?
render=on

No the problem has not been resolved and I have looked at the various
support areas and have not found the answer. I will respost the message.
