Can you ping the same IP number? What about a trace root?

Yes, I can ping it but not sure about the tracert. I can telnet to the
Groupwise port to see that it's up. I know you can't log in via telnet,
but it is 'live'.

I haven't found anything in the knowledgebase either. If I can't tracert
it, what might I try. And any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
