I recently installed SP6 and all appears to be running ok. I went into
RConsole this morning and noticed that there was a licensing error and I
should load NLS.NLM
Also Monitor says I have no connections when I have several.
After installing the SP I restated the server (by the book) and
experienced no errors. Machines connect ok and run fine.

When you installed SP6, did you uncheck the NLS option?

I don't remember. I followed the instructions as in ID 2952031. Can I
reinstall the SP over the existing SP?

No, but you should be able to backout SP6 if you installed with that option,
then reinstall SP6 making sure to uncheck NLS.
You might first try simply replacing install.nlm from the cD -- not sure if
that will do the trick.
