Netware 3.2 access through netware 6.0

Hi All

I have a netware 3.2 server (50 users) running a dos database
application
wheich we can not live without.

For all other server requirement we want to have a Netware 6.0
server(75 users)
how can we access netware 3.2 server through netware 6.0 server?

Do we have to create users on both servers? Ideally I prefer if all
users on Netware 6.0 server will have access automatically on netware
3.2 server?
