The Port Handler Failed

I keep getting the following message "NEEDS ATTENTION The port
handler failed the LPR begin job initialiation, The remote printer
may need attention".

I am not using any UNIX machines. Any ideas what is causing this and
how to fix it?

Do you have any NDPS printers using TCPIP? I have seen this message a
few times, but it doesn't seem to interfere with printing so I haven't
bothered about it.

Yes I am using a Linksys 3 Port Printsever that is setup with IP.
