Please, could you confirm to me that SBS6 use BM 3.7 ?
I see at http://www.novell.com/products/smallbiz/details.html that is 3.6 ,
but I see in other Novell Document about Small Business Specialist that SBS6
use BM 3.7 .
Thank you
Renę

Nope. 3.6. I'm very eager to know when Novell will release
a new SBS version (e.g. 6.1 or 6.2) with BM37 and ZEN4.

At a guess, I would not expect to see an SBS 6.1 until there was a NetWare 6.1
-- ie move with the server core code.

Novell , if SBS6 will use ZEN4... it will be the max .
I have some remote and mobile users and ZEN4 is a great idea for me.

About BM3.7 I´ll tell you after 13/08.

Typically the Small Business suite includes then current versions of the
products available -- so if those products are all shipping by the time an SBS
6.1 is ready -- it might just happen.

Please,

1- Is SBS 6.1 happening ?
2- If I bought SBS6 can I go to SBS6.1 using some software assurance or is
better wait for SBS6.1 ?

Thank you

This is all speculative discussion. I have no knowledge of work being done on
an SBS 6.1 (and I am not a Novell employee).

However, every version of NetWare released since 4.11 has had a corresponding
Small Business product released.

Acting on a purely my own gut feeling, it is very likely that there
will be a NSBS6.1 The only way in which you can purchase a NSBS6.0
today and be able to upgrade to 6.1 if and when it is launched (say
May 2003) would be to make sure that you purchase a VLA copy of
NSBS6.0 If you have a VLA, you can then buy 1 or 2 years "Upgrade
Protection" this allows you to upgrade to any newer version that
Novell launches, for the cost of a media kit ($40.00)
