After upgrade from NW6.0 ipmgmt abends the server on startup

Hi,
 
We have just upgraded a NetWare 6 server to NetWare 6.5 and now as soon as the server boots up it has multiple abends while loading ipmgmt. The only TID we found on this was to check our Hosts file. We have done this. Even recreated the hosts file with no luck.
 
This server has GroupWise and Border Manager running on it.
 
Please help.
