SCMD question

I have all Novell 5.1 servers except for 2 4.10 servers.

I have a remote site that needs access to the 4.10 servers over a wan
link, but they have no novell servers at their site. The WAN link only
supports IP.

Do all I need to do is load scmd /ma on a novell 5.1 server that is at
the same site as the 4.10 server?


Or do I need to load scmd on the 4.10 servers as well?

SCMD is not supported in NetWare4.10
Only NetWare4.11 with SP6 or later.

Try IPTUNNEL.LAN

The DOC details its use on newer servers, but you should be able to get
it running on 4.10
It's been around since the 3.x days I believe.
