The microsoft client for netware only supports IPX. The Novell client32
supports IP and IPX.
If you setup NFA and use the microsoft client for microsoft networks,
you can access your netware server that way.
If you don't want to need to do the IP address stuff, you should look into SLP
configuration of the client and servers.

He can't see the IP server because he's trying from a machine without
client32 installed.

I understand that, but he appeared to have a two part question.
Or at least it appeared to me that he was curious about why he could attach to a
server using the Novell Client when he could not see it.
