Server Adpater link is down periodically

Hello,
I have Netware SBS 6.0 running on HP Proliant 370G3, using NC7760 Gigabit
Adapter, connected to an HP Procurve 2312 switch. The driver for NIC is
Q57.LAN version 6.05, extracted from softpaq cp003747.nlm from Compaq
website. The speed setting is Automatic Detection, with rec. Buffers=200.
The server works fine, except one strange issue: The server adapter link is
PERIODICALLY up and down exactly 03 times in about 10-12 seconds. It occures
at every 6-10hrs interval everyday with the messases like this:
