Server Running Slow

NW 5.1
Server is running really slow at times.
If I reset the Switch the network speers up a bit but about 15-30min later
slows down again.
I'm not sure if this is a NIC problem a Switch problem.or NW 5.1 OS Problem.

Any one know a solution.

Which Service Pack?

Suggests a switch or NIC issue -- duplex/half duplex settings, perhaps a
problematic NIC out there.

I replaced the NIC. It seems OK now.
