DNS: Import file

Hey,
I'm running NW6SP3 and trying to import info from a file into an existing
zone.
Normally ist should work with named -u but I do not get the format of the
file correct.
I've done this before on NW5.1 so can anyone tell me what the format should
be of
the file.dat?

export a zone and look at the resulting file.
