when our nw6/sp3 servers reboot, the dhcpsrvr sometimes does not
load..

apparently it's a zfd4 thing... unloading pdhcp then loading dhcp
fixes it every time...

tid 10077412 suggests that loading dhcpsrvr early in the autoexec
might make the issue go away...

question: how early can you load dhcp?

I would say after loading the ip-stack. I assume the ip-stack is
necessary.

I would put it after the LOAD NILE section and add a delay to the Zen
load by adding a "?" in front of the load line

i.e. ZFDSTRT.NCF becomes ?ZFDSTRT.NCF

THis will delay the Zen load to make sure teh DHCP is fully up and
running
