Hello,
is it possible to edit the dns config files with nodepad on a nw6sp3
box? We want to transfer our dns server from aix to netware.

No, as the "files" are contained in NDS. You can export your zone,
edit the export files, then reimport them if you need.

You should be able to import the dns files from the aix system into
Novell's DNS.
