Password sync NT4 workstation on W2k domain

When trying to match password to match netware on our nt4 workstations
connecting to our w2K domain we get the message unable to change windows
password. This problem does not arise on the same workstations when
connecting to our old nt4 domain. Can anyone help?

1)If using Client 4.9x, try disabling NMAS.
2)Since it is domain specific, perhaps the accounts dont have the right in
the new Domain? Sorry but sometimes the obvious is the answer.
