fast pc and client 4.9sp1

The problem is when we get the nwlogin box XP has not finish' all it
sevices. It is impossible to login. if you wait between 10 and 30 sek.
then XP is ready and you can login.
We have tried without luck to use tid10086186.

any good idea ?

Jan,

Start by verifying if you're using switches that connect to your clients.
If so check that those ports have spanning tree disabled...
