I currently run 9x computer with 3.32 client. I want to know if it is
possible to also allow the same 9x computer to join a MS domain
simultaneously with a single logon. If so what is the best method to
accomplish this?

You need to change your primary network login to Microsoft (Control Panel |
Network) and make sure to match the credentials in Microsoft with the ones
from Novell.

Once you authenticate with the Microsoft client, the credentials will be
transferred to the Novell Client (which will run 2nd on the background).

Thanks. Would it also be possible to use both Exchange (MS) and Groupwise
on the Novell server, this would only be for a limited time.

Exchange can only run in a Microsoft Server. If you are referring of
having the Exchange Client and the GroupWise client on the same workstation,
I don't see a problem with it however I suggest you to ask in the GroupWise
forum for further info / help.
