If you can't do that, then you need to have a packet trace done to see
if that helps identify the source of the problem.
Also, are you seeing any errors on any of server NICs? Go into MONITOR
and look at 'LAN/WAN Drivers'. Also check your switches for any error
stats that are related to the server. You might have a bigger problem
than just garbled broadcast messages.
