Incorrect Available Volume Space

From RCONSOLE, I went to MONITOR and went into
the VOLUMES option.

The volume capacity shows 14688Mb and it was 99%
full. I calculated 14688 - 99% and it returned
146Mb free

From Windows 98 Explorer, I right-click on a
mapped drive (wich is mapped on the volume I
previously checked). Went into properties and
saw that the free space was 210Mb

Wich one is the good one ?
