Client 32 could not auto-reconnect (Random and common)

I'm getting very regular complaints from users about red or white client32 auto-reconnect messages connecting to files located on my Netware 6 servers. They started to occur when in implimented a Netware 6 SP2 2-node cluster. However, they were primarily limited to access database files. Recently, I installed a new Newtare 6 server running SP3 that is not clustered, and the problmes have grown far more common. All clients have been updated with the recommended cluster support as outlined in TID#10058722. This problem seem to occur on Windows 98SE systems, and is revealed when a database is open and held open (ie. GroupWise Archives, or Access Databases).
I seemed to appear with the intruduction of Netware 6, Clustering, and the recommended Cluster client configs.. But it's gotten worse connecting to the Netware 6 SP3 system without clustering running Client 3.4 on the workstations.
Any suggestions on where I can look?

Novell released a few fixed addressing Cluster reconnection. Have you
tried them already ?
