Address book has locked up and disappeared!

Hello, we just recently purchased a PDA device and are trying to sync it
with Groupwise Calendar, and Groupwise Mail. It is a Pocket PC device
running Pocket PC 2003. I have successfully synced the calendar, and the
inbox does not seem to be syncing. I am currently speaking to support at
Intellisync regarding this problem. My question is, during the syncing
process, the Groupwise Address Book seems to have been completely
erased/blocked off. I can open the window, but then when I click on FILE
everything (New Book, Open Book, Close Booke...ect...) is greyed out and not
an option. We have Groupwise 6.0
with Groupwise Calendar, and Groupwise Mail. It is a Pocket PC device
