Client32 3.4 and ACU

I'm trying to upgrade our Win98 boxes from 3.32 tro a 3.4 client.... I've
got the unattended.txt file set up as I usually do, I run the ACU setup, and
it promptly gets ignored. The Install installs in unattended mode, but
completely ignores the contents of the unattended file - the SLP settings
don't take, the version remains at 3.40.0.0, rather than 3.40.1.0 that I
want it to be...

Anything look wrong with the command I am using....?

/sl:c:\status.txt /acu
Are there any known problems with the ACU on this client?
